Got an opinion? Of course you do, otherwise you wouldn't be here. OK, let's hear it. Car is going into the bodyshop probably next week. - Replacing damaged driver's door
- replacing spoiler w/ OEM look fiberglass
- replacing damaged mirrors
- painting and fitting TwinZ fascia (FIGURE A)
- Probably going to go with flush mount LED of some sort for the turn signal, even after all my talk about LEDs in the headlights...which would be cool but washington state administrative code be HATIN' ON A PLAYER.......
- Shaved antenna and wiper (probably)
- Rear bumper & sides: maybe shave and smooth (does this mean filling in the depression that runs in a line around the base of the car, and sanding smooth the bumpy surface below that?)
Other changes:
- Adding chrome headlights (FIGURE B)
- Clearing tails
- New WHEELS
I was thinking painted spokes for sure, either a 5 spoke (FIGURE C)or the ADR Battle exe (FIGURE D) (the ones Michael at MWS Motorsports has to sell) . Now, last minute, I'm thinking metallic finish might not be bad either. I absolutely can't spend more than $2000 on wheels and would like to spend less (5 spokes or ADR Battle exes would be quite a bit less).
If anyone has ideas on what kind of turn signal to have mounted, that would be sweet.
If anyone would like to go photoshop happy that would be SWEET. If anyone has wheels, side skirts, or cool turn signal mirrors (not covers) to sell me, also sweet. And of course, give me those opinions!
